| VCS ProtocolWorks provides the capability to design, modify, and test custom or existing protocols. With it, you can edit a protocol decode script in a text editor, reload the decodes and see the results in VCS Async, Async Plus, Viewer, or ViewComm for Ethernet Frame View.
A utility enables you to prototype capture files, so you can create and explore expected packets. Coupled with the interactive decode capability, you can design and debug a protocol before implementing protocol handler software.
