Serial data and protocol analyzer that spies on a serial port while a communications application is running. Features scripted protocol decodes for TCP/IP, PPP, and SLIP. Compatible with Windows 9x,Me,NT,2000.
Extensive Filter and Find capabilities reduce time to analyze protocols. Timestamp resolution to under 1 microsecond. Capture to buffer / unlimited disk file. Views include Frame, Event, Signals, and Statistics. Source mode adds Transmit view; send file or string. Supports baud rates to 115.2 Kbps. Cables are NOT required or supplied.
Includes Quatech QSP-100 four port PCMCIA card for RS-232. Card supports baud rates to 115.2 Kbps using 16550 UARTs with 16-byte FIFOs. Card includes detachable cable with DB-9 Male connectors.
If you need to connect to external communications equipment, you should consider ViewComm Async Plus.
