Terms of Sale

How you can Pay Us

  • Credit or Debit Card We prefer MasterCard, VISA, and Discover, and can accept American Express but it often involves a phone call or email.
  • On Approved Credit, Sales will arrange mutually compatible terms.
  • Wire Transfer, contact Sales to arrange for this.

For credit / debit card, enter information ONLY when you transition to the secure outsourced e-commerce engine. Card information is checked automatically and all we do to finalize a sale is (given approval) put the shipment together with shipping forms and mark the order finalized.

Checking on your Order

We ship same day unless an item is out of stock in which case we will try to have the merchandise drop-shipped from the manufacturers or stocking wholesale sites. If an order is received after 3:30 p.m. Central Time (GMT minus 6 hours), the order may not go out until the next business day.

You can check the status of your order by contacting Sales by email or by calling 1-877-218-7347 (toll free from the United States or Canada) or 1+ 214-349-3005 (voice) or 1+ 214-349-3650 (FAX)

About Serial Numbers

Libraries except CommX and ViewComm require a serial number to open / work. CommX will accept "Trial Version" instead of serial number for a 30 day trial, ViewComm accepts "DEMO" for unlimited time but read-only demo capture file only.

There is various information in the Reference section of this site about serial numbers; the point is you need one in order to use any product, and they are version-dependent, so when you upgrade, you give us your old serial number (or convince us you have one and we find you in our database), we ship and then quickly email to you your new serial number. If you're like me (sob), write it down in at least two places. Tomorrow will come, and new versions will occur, so hang onto the number.

Serial number formats are different for different products, and we expect you to treat us like you'd like to be treated--don't cheat, sell, give away, or otherwise duplicate the software. It cost us a lot of money to develop the product; enough said?
